Notes on Tickets

• The exhibition is recommended to be held on a specific date and time, and priority for admission will be given to those with date/time-specified tickets. However, please note that the entrance gates will be crowded immediately after the start of each time slot, and you may be asked to wait before entering.
• Visitors may enter at any time during the time slot, and we ask for your cooperation in staggering admissions. (There is no changeover system.)
• Each ticket is valid once per person during the exhibition period. Re-entry is not permitted.
• Tickets will not be cancelled or reissued after purchase.
• Tickets purchased through Lawson Ticket, Ticket Pia, e-plus, Seven Ticket, CN Playguide, or Rakuten Ticket must be issued in advance at the convenience store (fees apply). Payment history and presentation of a screenshot of the ticket will not be accepted for admission.
• Please check the notes of each play guide for details in addition to handling fees.
• General admission tickets, special tickets, and free admission tickets (paper tickets) that have already been purchased and issued at ticket agencies do not require a specific date and time for admission during the period indicated on the ticket, but we recommend that you make a reservation (free of charge) for a specific date and time for the number of people in your party through the official ticket website (ART PASS). Those who have made a reservation must present the paper ticket and the QR ticket for the reserved date and time when they arrive at the venue.
• Date and time changes can be made up to three times, including reservations for tickets purchased at play guides and other ticket outlets. However, weekday tickets purchased through the official ticketing website (ART PASS) cannot be changed to weekends, holidays, or specific days. Weekend, holiday, and special day tickets can be changed to weekday tickets, but please note that the difference will not be refunded. Date and time changes can be made up to one hour prior to the reserved date and time (however, all date and time changes are subject to the availability of the reservation). （QR tickets will be invalidated after the reserved date/time slot has passed. Please note that QR tickets will be invalidated after the date/time reserved slot has passed.
• We recommend that you arrive early, as there is a higher likelihood of not being able to purchase or reserve tickets on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and on specific days and at the end of each period.
• Same-day tickets will be available at the venue, but it may take some time to purchase and enter the venue during busy times. Please note that you may not be able to enter the venue when the admission slots are sold out.
• Free admission for preschool children. Reservations for specific dates and times are not required. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (junior high school age or older) for admission.
• High school students and younger must present a student ID or proof of age at the time of admission.
• Tickets will be offered at half price of the venue sales counter price to holders of the designated disability certificate. (Only available at the venue sales counter on the day of the event)
• To use the discount ticket for the disabled, please present your original disability certificate when you come to the venue.
  • One person with a disability certificate and up to one accompanying person will be charged half the same-day ticket price. Reservations by date and time are not required, so please come directly to the sales counter.
  • Persons with disabilities and their attendants are not allowed to enter separately. Please enter together.
  • The applicable disability certificates are "Physical Disability Certificate, Love Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, and A-Bomb Survivor's Health Certificate".
• Ticket sales and admission procedures are subject to change, so please check the official website for the latest information.
• The purchase/reservation of tickets for commercial purposes, such as fraud, and the resale of such tickets is prohibited.

• Visitors may be asked to wait for admission during busy times.
• Resale of tickets and merchandises is strictly prohibited. The organizer will not be held responsible for any problems caused by the transfer or resale of tickets.
• The exhibition is not responsible for any problems between visitors.
• Visitors are welcome to bring their infants and toddlers, but depending on how crowded the venue is, strollers may be asked to use the stroller storage area.

Not Prohibited at the Venue:

• Occupying space in the field for an extended period of time
• Portrait photography with large equipment, SLRs, etc.
• Unauthorized commercial filming and live distribution at the venue
• Staff may ask you to leave the venue if they see you doing anything that could interfere with your viewing experience.
