About the Exhibition
Q: When will "ACN Ramses the Great: Pharaohs' Gold" be open?
A: It will run for a limited time from March 8 to September 7, 2025.
Q: What is the target age range for the exhibition?
A: This exhibition is intended for all ages. We recommend that visitors be at least 8 years old to experience Virtual Reality (VR). Some children may find it too stimulating. Parental discretion is advised.
Q: How long does it take to visit the exhibition?
A: It takes approximately one hour to tour the entire facility.
Q: Can I take pictures or video in the exhibition rooms?
A: You may take photos and videos for personal and non-commercial use only. However, please refrain from using flash or other light-emitting devices, tripods, etc., which may cause inconvenience to surrounding visitors.
About Tickets
Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: Please check our Ticket Information page for the latest information on purchasing tickets.
Q: Can I change the date and time of my ticket entry?
A: It is possible to change the date and time of a date/time ticket. You may change the date and time up to 1 hour before the entrance start time, with a limit of 3 changes. (Changes can be made on the purchased ticket online.)
However, weekday tickets purchased on the official ticket website cannot be changed to Saturday, Sunday, holidays, or specific days. It is possible to enter on weekdays with tickets for weekends, holidays, and specific days. However, if you wish to specify the time online, we recommend that you make a time and date reservation (free of charge) for the number of people on the official ticket website (ART PASS). If you change your reservation, please present your purchased ticket and the QR ticket for the reserved date and time when you arrive at the venue. Please note that no refunds will be made for the difference.
Q: Can I cancel or refund my ticket?
A: Tickets will not be cancelled or reissued after purchase.
Q: Is the time listed on the ticket the length of stay?
A: The time indicated on the ticket is the guided admission time (only for date/time-specific tickets).
If you have a period admission ticket (marked as ● month or from ● month to ● month), you may enter the exhibition at any time during the exhibition period, but please note that admission to the exhibition is expected to be crowded on certain days. We recommend that you select the date and time in advance on the official ticketing website ART PASS.

Q: What if I miss the entrance time?
A: Please ask the on-site staff to arrange for admission during business hours on the day of admission.
Last admission is 1 hour before closing.
Q: At what age can children enter?
A: There are no age restrictions on admission, but visitors of elementary school age and older must pay an admission fee.
Q: Do I need to show ID at the entrance?
A: To verify that you meet the requirements for a ticket, you may be asked to show your ID at the door, so please bring the designated ID with you to the show.

Q: What time does the Lambeth Museum at CREVIA BASE Tokyo (Toyosu) open?
A: Weekdays are from 9:00 to 18:00, and weekends and holidays are from 9:00 to 19:00. Last admission is 1 hour before closing.

A: There is no parking for guests at the facility. Please use the parking lots of nearby facilities.

Q: What is a Virtual Reality (VR) experience?
A: The exhibition offers a virtual reality (VR) experience that takes visitors on a breathtaking tour of two of Ramses the Great’s most impressive monuments, the Temple of Abu Simbel and the tomb of Ramses the Great’s most popular great queen, Nefertari.
Sit in a movable cinema chair and embark on a thrilling animated journey through temples and sandstorms, and even come face to face with the mummy of Ramses the Great.
Q: Do I need a separate ticket for the VR experience?
A: VR experience is an extra charge. It must be purchased separately.

Q: Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
A: Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed. The entire museum will be barrier-free.
